However, bags are not indestructible so our guarantee does not cover any product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, or misuse of the product. If you need a repair that is not related to a manufacturer’s defect, but would still like us to look at the product for a repair estimate, please feel free to contact us and we can work together to renew your MAVN piece back to its healthy condition.

RETURNS (Within 14 days; No returns on custom pieces)
MAVN stands behind the design and quality of each of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the merchandise receipt for full credit or exchange. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange which bears indication that it has been used.
Please contact us for any return and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and cover the shipping expense for the return of the product. We hope you are always satisfied with your MAVN products and to ensure this, we are happy to make the buying process as secure and easy as possible.
Note: We apologize but returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstance for custom ordered items. We work very closely with our clients for special orders and as such, these items are very individual and unique. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and will always remind you during the custom ordering process of this note.
